20 kaffir lime leaves

Watermelon Martini

1 cup watermelon juice (press watermelon through a sieve or cheesecloth)
1/2 cup (4 oz) Vodka
1/4 cup simple syrup (sugar)
juice of 1 lime
3 tablespoons salt (optional)
3 tablespoons sugar (optional)
ice
Watermelon slices, for garnish (optional)
Preparation:

Makes 2 servings.
Mix together the sugar and salt if using. Wet the rim of a chilled martini glass with a piece of watermelon. Dip the rim into the sugar and salt mixture. Repeat for other glass.

Bloody Mary

3 parts vodka
6 parts tomato juice (fresh tomato juice really makes this amazing)
1 part lime or lemon juice

To taste:
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
Celery salt / Salt

Optional:
horseradish (too much and it will taste like cocktail sauce!)
liquid smoke
Old Bay spice
Fresh ground pepper

Mix all ingredients; pour into highball glass over ice. Add a celery branch to garnish.

Greyhound

2 oz vodka
5 oz grapefruit juice

Pour vodka and grapefruit juice on top of the ice in a low tumbler glass. Stir well.

Moscow Mule

1¼ oz vodka
3 oz ginger beer
1 tsp sugar syrup
¼ oz lime juice
1 sprig mint
1 slice lime

In a copper mug or low tumbler glass, pour vodka over ice. Add sugar syrup and lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir.

Garnish with mint sprig and lime slice.

2 parts orange juice

Pour vodka and fresh orange juice into highball glass and stir. Add orange wedge.

White Russian

2 parts vodka
1 part coffee liquor
2 parts heavy cream

Pour vodka, coffee liquor and heavy cream into a low tumbler glass. Stir well.
